What is his current status? You've been married since 2003.. That's 10 years. Why didn't you file a divorce on the first year after married him?

You need to file for a divorce if you don't want to be married to him.

You can report this to immigration (INS) but after all this time and still married, you lasted longer than many real marriages for love
