Pick up an enzyme based drain cleaner to clear the build-up from the sides of the pipes where the larvae feed. Keep the drains cleaned and the traps full to prevent re-infestation.

I always use baking soda and vinegar. I let it bubble up and rest for a few minutes and then rinse it down.
