I live in Calif. my daughter is severely disabled from birth. She can not do anything for herself. Her father has neer wanted visitation. She is 18, going on 19. Can I take him back to court and get child support past the age of 19? I have tried to ask at the court house and no one seems to know the answer.

Yes you can if there is extrodinary expenses involved. The suport order could last a lifetime. This should have been asked for before.
