This kraft paper is brown in colour and used for insulating aluminium wire in transformers I need to remove this paper from wire chemically in cheap process please tell me

No ,because aluminium gets black an soft ,can you suggest any chemical to degrade paper

What gauge is the aluminum wire and is the paper bonded to the wire with a substance, please? Also, why are you needing to remove the paper?
