myself ashish patel. My skill assessment is cleared in 2007, now I want to do further process. My matternal brother is pr of australia, can I get any point from my cousin's permanent residency ? And I am married,I have one daughter, my qualification is diploma in " mechanical engineering ", my wife is graduate, what is the band requirement in ielts for me ? If allover 5.5 band is enough or not ?

Please sir guide me for the same.
