My step son is 17 years old. He got his visa and then the green card through me. I am a citizen and did file the visa for him because my wife/his mom was and still a permanent resident. Can I file a claim to revoke his green card and send him back to his country?

No, he is your stepson. US citizens cannot send their children to other countries for disciplinary action.
