My daughter came to me two months ago and said mom I can't take care of the girls(her daughters), will you? She calls them at least once or twice evry couple of weeks, but does not provide any kind of financial support. She will not give me tempory guardianship and I had to fight for a medical treatment sheet for them.
Sincerely

No, it's not abandonment. If you want temporary guardianship, file for it and prove she's an unfit mother.

This is a legal question and I have asked that it be moved.

There is a sticky regarding child abandonment which can be read here:

Your best option at this point would be to file at your county courthouse for temporary guardianship of the children; be prepared to prove that the mother is unfit and that you can provide more stability for them.

Until you are awarded guardianship of these two children, you will not have any rights to them, as you already found out with the medical sheet.
