My husband had an affair on me. He was a custodian at a school. The girl was 17. He would come back to work after vacation and she would jump in his arms and say how much she missed him. From what she agreed to with the court they had sex only a few times (her words). He served his time and has another yr and a half probation. When he is done with probation we want to move. I bought a place 1yr before he was sentenced. He lived there for a year. Then when he was sentenced he had to go back to that county. Now they say he can't move back by me even though he lived here for a year. What or can something be done?

Hello again, p:

You do have to ask. Go read the thing I directed you to. It's the procedure to ask permission.

We had already bought a place he lived there a year and they sentenced him and his probation is almost over. We want him to live here after his probation is up. The county or village is saying no
