Water cannot be used for hydrotesting for some reasons.So with diesel we tried to hydrotest.But pressure not holding.SO can we use diesel or no

What pressure are you attaining in your hydrotesting? Diesel can flash at higher pressures and its extremely dangerous to use it for that. Plus its a contaminate.
