I’m 35, two kids, tubes tied. My periods are pretty regular and I am in very good health.

My husband and I, on occasion, have “rough sex”. I ended my last period on November 30th. Friday night (December 8th) we engaged in some pretty rough sex. Here it is the 12th, and now im cramping and spotting, just like I’m about to begin my period again. We’ve had rough sex before, and this has never happened, so I am curious if this is a normal thing, and its just never happened to me? The spotting is minimal, and dull brown (not bright red), but the cramps are pretty apparent. Was it the sex, or am I just starting my period two weeks after ending it - and is THAT normal (going 20something years with a "normal" period, and then changing to two weeks early)?

Rough sex though stimulating and satisfying it can cause some bleeding at times to. If bleeding does not stop then get a check up just to be sure. when having rough sex it usually good idea to use lots of lube to prevent ruptures
