How do you become a light sleeper I ask this question because me aunt is pranking me and I hate it and when I wake up I don't remember anything

I do understand this is in the science section and hopefully someone will come along to address your post,but for what its worth,what age is your aunt? 12? Tell her to stop and grow up,tell your parents.
