Where do I go to take out an abondnment warrant on my child's father, I live in Dekalb County GA and he lives in Tenn.

This is not a question about raising children but it is a legal question. I have asked that it be moved.

In GA the abandonment law is merely failure to pay child support,

So have you discussed this with Georgias child support enforcement department ?

Have you taken him back to court for non payment ?
