Hi my sister is dating a fella for the last 6mths.he is down in my sisters house nearly every 2nd day n she's down in his house the rest of the week.when my niece stays here she screams the place down because she doesn't want to go home.she can't talk properly for her age and I'm terrified that there could be a serious reason why she's not talking and doesn't want to go back home.this boyfriend of my sisters is a piece of sh#t that drinks and takes drugs but I have no proof he does this around my niece.now my sister has cut all the family from them and I'm sick to my stomach with worry over my niece being down there.I called to her house twice to find my niece fending for herself while the two of them slept in bed.my niece is nearly 3. What can I do? And how can I give the child the care she needs.please help

I would call Family Services, have a discussion with them, let them know what is occurring and go from there. There are Family Services chapters in every major city.
