I am only 13, but I can sing really good I was wondering if you could tell me what I need to do to get noticed?

By singing any and everywhere you can.

First do you take music lessons, singing and learn music theory.

Have you made any smaple cuts of a CD to send out ?

Where are you now singing, open mikes, church, school ?

You could always try out Youtube, like Justin Beiber did.
