I installed the RTH230B Thermostat and matched the wires with from the old thermostat to the new one. When I switch on the heat and turn it up above the current temp the heat turns on. When I turn on the AC below the current temp the AC turns on. The problem I'm having is that once the temp reaches the desired temp (heat mode) the heat turns off, but the heat symbol still shows on the display screen and as the temp drops the heat never turns back on...it seems like the relay is sticking??? Any ideas on what I did wrong?

Thanks

Jim
