My complexion is dull, red and bumpy.
how can i fix this?

My suggestion for the dullness is exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate! (every other day) this will brighten up your complexion a lot bc it will lightly buff away the dryness, and dullness. Every day, use a mild cleanser like, Cetaphil which is non-comedogenic. You will notice a glow in your skin, and remember to moisturize with a oil free facial mosturizer after every time you wash your face and/or use a toning product.

If your skin is dull and bumpy, you should use a good exfoliant. Try using creams containing Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA's). They gently exfoliate dry layer of the skin and reveal a more moisturized layer. Alpha hydroxy acids can also help by sloughing off the dead cells that make skin look dull.
