My wife is not taking care of herself. She has not been to the gynocologist since our son was born (6 years tomorrow). She is self conscious and hates it. I find that understandable but she needs to go. How can I convince her???

Also, my wife does not eat healthy or work out. I don't eat very healty either but work out occasionally. How do I motivate without insulting?

PS- She is 27 years old.

I agree 100%. For some reason I never really considered going with her. I will offer that and see if it helps.

Could you make an appointment and go with her? It is very important that she go get her check up to make sure that she does not have cancer. That is one of the main reasons for the checkups. Cervical and breast cancer are very common cancers that have little to no symptoms. If one of these cancers are found, they can be easily remedied if caught in the early stages, however, playing the waiting game can cost her her life.
Good luck. It might make her feel more comfortable.
