Hello again!!What is the best way to put on eyeliner??I want mine to look smoky but it doesn't turn out that way so if ya'll know of a website or if you know please send it to me

I have an eyeliner..i forget who its by but on the other end of it is a spong type thing that u can use to smudge the eyeliner to look smokey..im sure other brands have types like this too
