My friend put magma highlights on my hair and I hate it.
He told me that it was permanent after I told him that I didnt like it.
He said that the only thing that he could do was die my hair darker to take the red intensity away....so the result was black and red hair...
I have died my hair since then and my roots end up a magenta red color and well the rest of my hair is dark. Its horrible. I read somewhere that using Koleston perfect or color touch will fix it.
Then I read somewhere that you old someone to use ash color with green base to get rid of the red tones and a medium ash brown to neutralize the red.
Please tell me what you would recommend for me.
Thanks .

Yes, a green-base ash color hair will neutralize red tones in the hair. Select an ash color close to your orginal hair color.
