Hit *8 C O D E, then in Location 006, enter your new code.
C O D E is your current code.

If you don't know the code, you may have to do a Panel reset, by Hardware Default, if that doesn't work, Installer Lockout may have been enabled, and will need something like a Panel Unlocker.
