Don't like to scare people off but it seems to me there are so many people jump in to use mono without proper research, please do your research mono will not lighten your skin it will remove the pigment, make you white. It does it through white spots spread everywhere, then they re join, it could take years.
Once you apply mono and you kill the pigment in one section it is very hard to get it back, you also can not control where it will work, I never applied to my back but half of my back is white now.
I have used mono and I have spots everywhere in my body, so I can't go back I need to finish what I started, I have included pictures so you can see how it will look like, for a long time. Please think hard before you apply it in your body

Too bad this had to happen to you.
Have you been to the derm to see if it was possible to reverse the process?
Do you think your features will match your white skin when the spots will rejoin?

I think we've been over this before over a series of at least 10-20 threads in the past. If used properly and with extreme caution and gradual inclination, Monobenzone may provide one with a lightening effect. Monobenzone does not depigment completely in a matter of a day or even several days; even people who use Monobenzone under vitiligo-circumstances do not depigment, but rather lighten to the point of perma-depigmentation over the course of months to years.

Monobenzone does not "kill your pigment" either, but rather excretes your melanocytes to the point where it can possibly affect your existing melanin and cut off product of newer melanin-cells. (Think of it as a most severe form of Hydroquinone that affects more than just melanin; they both have similar characteristics in terms of atomic structure which results in similar absorption by the body.) Those who do not suffer from Vitiligo have a high chance for melanocyte reproduction after use of vitiligo, especially in UV-related circumstances, which is also an option for those suffering minor Vitiligo.

Just an additional note, Monobenzone does provide more drastic effects on darker skin than lighter ones. Lightening provided by Monobenzone is often light brown, which blends in with natural brown skin tone, but stands out in darker ones. For future reference, it is best to lighten your skin with safer, less drastic products before attempting to use a "level 3" product.

(For those assuming that I endorse the use of Monobenzone for everyone, please realize that Monobenzone should be used under strict supervision of medical professionals (highly unusual) or by those who understand EXACTLY how it works and how to use it to perfection.)

Hi all, I post pictures to make people understand, how it works, I knew what I got myself into it, and I expected this, but a lot of people don't understand this and think mono will just get them a shade lighter without going through this.
So I am not against or encouraging the use of mono, it is my personal choice and I have done my research, I just ask people who are considering it, to do theirs.

I don’t want to reverse it, my features are fine and it will match perfectly.

Thanks, as I said earlier I knew what I wanted from the start, I only posted pictures to remind people, It can be scary process, and before I share my positive results I wanted to share this, so I wouldn't be responsible for encouraging people to do something like this, without fully knowing what could happen .
