Do you use a lot of mouthwash?
That can make it turn green... just reduce the amount or frequency of times you use it.

If there is a green or yellow discharge coming from the piercing go to your doctor immediately.
White discharge is normal.

Here's a good site I came across about tongue piercings:
Body Piercing Guide- Tongue Piercings (http://www.body-piercing.com.au/body_piercing_guide/tongue_piercing_guide.htm)

Infection is accompanied by the green or yellow discharge.
White discharge is just dead white blood cells.

If you aren't already use an alcohol free mouthwash.

So when your tongue is yellowish green it means I'm using too much mouthwash ?
