I know it sounds silly, but honestly. Does it? I find this theory interesting because I've been drinking coffee since I was three (yes three) and I am only 5ft (and my endocrin doctor said a few years ago I'm done growing, alas I have remained 5ft since then!). So is this old wise tale true?

No, really caffine does not stunt your growth. How much coffee do you drink?

I used to drink several cups a day. Lately I've been drinking more tea (which I know usually isn't much better!) Now I drink several cups of tea a day. And occasionally I high caffiene energy drink

Thanks, I'm not worried about myself though. I was just wondering that for quite some time and figured I'd post my question.

Thanks!

No, it can stop you sleeping, but it won't stunt your growth. Blame your parents for your lack of height, not your coffee.

I wasn't saying it was the reason. Haha. I just found the theory interesting because I do fit it. I take after my mum I know. She's 4ft 11.75 in
