I owe $7400 in student loans. I live in SC. The school I used to attend online is in Florida. I know SC doesn't allow wage garnishment for credit card debts. So I wanted to ask if anyone knows what the state law says as far as federal wage garnishment goes, in SC? I'm about to get a job and want to be prepared. I have went into default I think, because it's been almost 2 yrs since and I didn't have a way to pay anything yet.
