Yes, it is still harmful to the skin even when used for 1 month or less, especially when used on large areas such as the whole face and other parts of the body. Neoprosone's active ingredients are Betamethasone and Neomycin Sulphate (steroids). Neoprosone, and other steroid-based products, causes the skin to age at a much faster rate. As well as other factors such as over-exposure to sunlight, pollution, 1st and 2nd hand smoking will only make situations worse. Although physical damage may not be visible, once absorbed internally betamethasone and neomycin sulphate can still cause internal harm.

There are other skin lighteners that can help you to lighten. I recently switched to Nadinola extra strength and I'm waiting for the F&W exclusive whitenizer gel to arrive so it is still too soon for me to speak of results from them, but willing to give it try as others have had success with them. And also still using tretinoin 0.05% for exfoliation.

OK so I'm going to try nadinola... so disapointed I wanted to lighten very fast but I don't want a bio claire result. I've already tried f&w gel without success or nothing great at all... seems like nothing is really working to lighten the skin without causing harm. Oh la la!! so desperate...

Yeah, I understand. Once you have had fast lightening you will continue to want the same fast results. But, I hope nadinola will work for you.

Also, are you using an exfoliant? This can help increase the lightening speed.

Yes yes I'm using a exfoliant f&w soap and I like it. I used tretinoin retin a also with hq. retin a made my skin beautiful but hq didn't lighten me at all.it made me a little red.I don't think hq works on my skin that's why I'm not too sure about nadinola cause the active ingredient in it is hq. I would like another lightening agent. But I don't kow which one... bouh
