There are 25 questions. She needs to get 70% of them good, or higher.

70% means 70 out of 100.

By proportions, 70 out of 100 is equivalent to 17.5 out of 25. (you divide 100 by 4 to get 25, right? So, divide 70 by 4 too).

So, she must give at least 17.5 good answers. Since it's not possible to have an answer half good, she needs to have at least 18 good answers, also meaning at most (25-18)= 7 wrong answers.

I hope it helped! :)
