I have a furnace that the fan runs all the time. The thermostat doesn't turn it off or doesn't seem to control the unit. The green lights on the board are on and the orange light is not. The unit will not fire up.

I have unplugged and plugged in all connection. Didn't see any problems with the circuit board. Change the batteries in the thermostat. Is there something I'm missing.
