Well, Fred and Wilma are from prehistoric times, so, if they're in my apartment that would mean that they would have been frozen (maybe during the ice age) and probably encased in glass. Did Doug turn up the heat melting the ice which caused the glass case to break, killing Fred and Wilma?

Yeah I had sort of but I think they were different names or theyd been swapped around, I.e something like doug and wilma are dead and fred is asleep on the couch sort of saying it looked like wilma was cheating on fred (if you go with the flintstones theory :D )

No idea about hurricanes, or the earths rotation effecting it so, to be honest I also thought it was true until I was shown otherwise, now I just know it depends on how the bowl and pipes are made that dictates which way the water will drain out :)
