We have a strange blue green leakage showing on the tub walls from under the eschusion plate at the handle. What do we do? It is a Moen.

Is tyhis a one handled or two knob valve? It sounds like you may have a leak at a solder joint. The blue green liquid is water mixed with solder paste. How old is this installation?
