Yesterday I noticed a small lump on my 1 year olds head on the left hand side behind the ear. it appears to move a little does anyone know what this could be?

My daughter had one that moved in the back of her neck. It turned out to be a swollen lymph node after a cold. Near the ear is kind of high, if the pediatrician can't tell, maybe an ENT would know?
