There has 700,000 common shares outstanding. It had issued 100,000 common shares on January 31 and had retired 250,000 common shares on December 1. Also, the company issued 475,000 common shares as a stock split on April 30.
What is the weighted average common shares?

Am I need to deduct the retired 250,000 common shares in the calculation?
