I want to leave because i feel like my roommate is emotionally unstable and do not feel safe because her boyfriend is an angry alcoholic and is always there

Are both you and your roommate on the lease or is the roommate YOUR landlord? Is her boyfriend also on the lease or is an unlisted occupant? How long is the lease?

we r both on the lease and he is not...the lease goes until the end of july

Does the lease say anything about occupants? If he is living there without permission of the landlord, you could complain. Or you can try to find a replacement roommate.
