We have a Night and Day furnace. When in operation the blower motor starts sqeaking. What are my options: Buying a new motor or adding a lubricant. There is a metal cap with a 2" black plastic tube inserted in a hole of that cap on the end of the blower motor; if a lubricant can be added is there where. Thank you

If the motor is squeaking, it may be too far gone for lubricant but you have nothing to lose at this point. Be sure to oil both ends.
