I bought Spyware Doctor weeks ago is it a scam? It blocked the virus I have but won't get rid of it, it just stores them up. I can't get it to do anything as I need a registry/licence code??? They have emailed this to me countless times but I never receive it.

You shouldn't have to pay a yearly subscription to get rid of spyware. Use a combination of Windows Defender and use the free Malwarebytes.org (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) to scan your system. A great free AV is Avira Antivir.
