What type of questions should I ask in Skip Level Meetings regarding Morale. Leadership is holding EE's accountable and this is causing morale to drop.

Ask yourself what the company could do to improve morale.

Is morale important to the employees or is it an excuse for management to overload their workforce?

Is management holding itself accountable for the morale issue?

Is there an issue of rumors or job loss causing the morale drop, if so sever the grape vine.
