hi my name is peter and i have anxiety but not to a point of having panic attacks or hyperventalaton just to a point that i feel nerves through body and dizzy and i get so desprate for it to go away ,cant do any normal activities cause of my condition ,but dont get me wrong i have expierenced the panic attacks and anxiety from time to time and it feels horrible its been 2 months that i felt like this if anybody can help me i would really apreciate it thank you very much

I think you can be having milder panic attacks and not realize they are panic attacks as well as your more severe ones.
Try a vitamin B complex AND a sublingual B12.
Also calming teas like Chamomile are good too.

Perhaps take a yoga class and learn some of the basic postures for stretching and relaxing. T'ai chi would be another good centering exercise to learn. Walking (gradually work up to a couple of miles a day) or swimming are also good. Moving your body will smooth out your mental processes.
