my boyfriend and I have been dating for about a week and it's great but he blew me off for homecoming because there was a situation with one of his friends and he claims it will carry on for a few days. This isn't the first time he's blown me off and every time he says he's sorry I don't know what to do??

1) If you can't accept his explanation, then let him know your concerns. See how he responds and go from there. Communication is key.

2) Once he's given you a satisfactory explanation, accept and move forward.

Well ask him what the situation was. Honestly if he's blowing you off more than once and you haven't been dating that long, you should really rethink things

Hmm, I'm looking at this from your point of view and if this happened to me, the first thing to cross my mind is I'm being lied to.

But that's what I think, but it may be wrong....your best bet is to confront him with your concerns and see what happens.

Or you could tell him if he blows you off again, to not bother coming back.
