Find the number of moles of tin.

No.\ of\ Moles = \frac{Mass}{Relative\ Mass}

Find the number of moles of oxygen.

Then, find the simplest ratio. For example, if you have 0.0052463 and 0.01106, the ratio is roughly 1:2, obtained by dividing both numbers by the smaller of the two.
