Hello everyone, I really hope one of you can help me, I'm wondering if im really pregnant, Im 19 years old and six months ago I lost a baby already; due to the fact that I didnt know that I was pregnant ( I drank lots of caffeine, I worked out excessively, I had a couple of drinks here and there) this was very shocking to me, after that I have never been the same girl. I still cry every now and then. Im regular for 35 days I had sex 4 times last month, 2 of the 4 times were not ovulation periods and 2 of them were but I used protection (condoms) My period was due today( nov/02/2009) and I had some very light spotting this morning and some cramps but then it all went away. My breasts have been hurting for like 2 weeks now and I've been having some on and off cramps, no I don't feel tired at all and I have been eating normally. I have been feeling fatigue here and there but it is all after walking or running ( as I said before I work out a lot) I've been stressing a lot lately because I don't know if I'm really pregnant ( I was thinking I was since the moment I felt my first cramp 2 weeks before period was due) Anyways I was just wondering if its possible to have implantation bleeding the day your period is due or even that if that was even a period. The blood was very light brown and I just noticed it after I went to the bathroom this morning and it was there for about 30 minutes or so and then it went away. If you know anything about the unusual spotting and any reason that could have caused it, please be my guest. I don't think I can bare another loss. Please and thanks

I think the quickest and easiest way to solve your worries would be to do a pregnancy test.

Good Luck

These activities are not necessarily what caused the miscarriage, so please don't be too hard on yourself. Miscarriages are unfortunately common (I've had 3) and they are almost always due to chromosomal or hormonal issues that you cannot control.

Since you are due for your period, now is the time to take a home pregnancy test with first morning urine (follow directions carefully).

If you continue to have sex with only condoms as birth control, start taking prenatal vitamins daily. All fertile-age women should take them because the benefits to your child start BEFORE conception.

19 is still young. it seems like it's for the best that you don't have a baby just yet. why not start using bc all the time and enjoy some more of your youth? then later you can decide when you actually want to try and get pregnant. bc isn't 100% effective, but the chances are a lot less with bc than w/o.

yes, 19 is too young to have kids.
I would know. I have two. Please
live life all you can, enjoy it to.
