My daughters friend had these little bumps on her elbows and legs, you did not see them unless she started scratching them and now my daughter has the very same thing. They are on her fingers, stomach and legs and they itch really bad. There are no blisters or oozing of any kind, almost seems like really bad dry skin but there are bumps. What are these?
