If you have missed your period, it's time to test. Since you have missed it for a whole month I'd say the results you get would be pretty accurate. Just remember to use first morning urine.

i took one on friday came back negative nurse it's to early take one this friday.

Take another one in a week. If that comes back negative it might be time for a blood test.

i took one this saturday morning and ot came back negavtive called the nurse this morning and she stated that i should wait and take another one this friay

i've been getting real bad headaches and real bad back pain i've been real sleeping thru out the day.

I basically just said the same thing. Wait a week then take another.
