My period was 2 weeks late last month but heavier than usual. I it did not come this month and I found out 2 weeks after it was supposed to start this month that I was pregnant. Could I have been already pregnant before my period last month?

You might have been. It usually takes 4-8 weeks to confirm pregnancy.

You'll most likely find out how far along you are at your first ultrasound or doctors visit.
