I have a gas furnace Model mgh-055-abwl-06 Intertherm- I need the step to replace a thermocoupler. Is it all done through the burner assembly hole? I just about have the whole unit aprt and can't get to the coupler. Can't remove the gas valve as I can't break the cxonnection on the back (gas c0nnedtion) Thanks for any help. Larry

You have to remove the entire burner from the front of the furnace to replace the thermocouple. Easy does it or you will need to buy a new burner plate gasket to put it back together.
