try this in safe mode

Delete the following directories
tazebama

Delete the following files
zPharaoh.exe
zPharoh.exe
%alldrivesdir%\zPharaoh.exe
c:\Documents and Settings\hook.dl_
c:\Documents and Settings\tazebama.dl_
c:\Documents and Settings\tazebama.dll
c:\Documents and Settings\tazebama.exe
%firstdrivedir%\Documents and Settings\hook.dl_
%firstdrivedir%\Documents and Settings\tazebama.dl_
tazebama.dll
%firstdrivedir%\Documents and Settings\tazebama.exe
tazebama.log
zPharaoh.dat

Reboot PC and hopefully that will help out

ALSO - Restore all the tazebama infected files from your quarantine back to your pc otherwise you will loose all your applications.
