Ever since about a year ago, I've been having vaginal problems left and right. I experienced my first UTI 6 months ago, along with Bacterial Vaginosis. Now, get chronic UTIs and due to the constant extra discharge, I'm convinced I have BV again as well, since the discharge was the only symptom of BV I experienced.

Can anyone tell me how to help prevent them, any over-the-counter remedies I can try? I drink cranberry juice, so anything extra would help.

Thanks!
