I live in Florida and my ex-wife moved in Pennsylvania with our daugther.
The divorce was finalized in Florida with no child support order 2 years ago.
Can my ex-wife file for child support in Pennsylvania and call me to court in that state for child support?

Divorce ? but what about a child custody agreement ? if you have a child custody agreement in Fla, and you stil live there, she will have to return to Fla

if there is no child custody agreement, she may well be able to file in the new state for custody and support
