All over my back I have bumps that quickly scab. The bumps itch at times and do dischage clear water. The bumps do not want to heal and have been an on-going problem for three months. The scabs are very difficult to pick almost like if they were made of super glue. What may I have? What helps?

sounds like you could possibly have scabies---have you gone to see a doctor? As for itching--the best thing I have found (after allergic reaction to flea bites) is called SARNA. It's a lotion --you can buy it at Walmart --it's expensive like 10bucks a bottle, but really works well. It has something in it that numbs the skin. Have you tried a shampoo with coal tar in it rubbed on your back or try a lice treatment

Oh yes to the coal tar, and many others too. But lice??? How in the world would one get lice? Sounds like there is more to be done. I have tried the sun, Medical shampoo, vicks, etc. As for the itch. I can stop the itch if I pick the scab to get air to it. The itch stops then. But one should not pick the scab. Believe me the bump get sore too. As for the doctor. I have an appointment 11-7-2009.
