We purchased a Hampyon Bay ceiling fan with a remote. The model no. is 52A4H4L.We installed it about 2 years ago. It worked for about 6 months. Neither the lights or the fan will work now. I replaced the batteries, no change. What next?

So this fan stopped a year and a half ago, right?? Are there pull chains and/or any wall switches?

Does the red light on the remote still light? Have you checked the dip switches?
