i am looking for some advice i am married to a wonderful guy who has kidney failure we are waiting for a transplant for him we have got in touch with his mother + told her
but his mother is a money grabbing woman im just wondering if she has any rights to our home which we share or anything for that matter if anything happens to him im worried sick

Is there a will in place ? how are your personal properties titled ? That all makes a huge difference in some places. If most of your things are held in joint then she has no claim to them as they would go to the other person listed as joint.
