My mother has had temporary custody of my son for 2 years I tried getting her to just sign the papers to give him back instead of having to take her to court but she wouldnt. So now we are going to court sometime or another but she has not let me see my son in 2 months isnt there away for me to get visitation before court?

It depends on what the original court order stated. Was there a provision in there for visitation?
